Bamboomoves Englewood Yoga School

Welcome to BambooMoves! BambooMoves is a growing yoga community that consists of yoga studios in Forest Hills, Queens; Englewood, NJ; Nyack, NY and Palisades Park, NJ.

Our classes range from yoga, bellydance, and tai chi to capoeira, meditation, and more. But most importantly, each studio is a community center and offers teacher training programs, workshops, community service, and other activities that benefit and work with the community and students at each BambooMoves location.

As a collective, BambooMoves hosts regular Teacher Trainings (200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified) and retreats that helps numerous students to continue and pursue their spiritual journey.
